It is never too late for anyone to try to get on the 'good side' of their boss. It is important to make sure that a person is willing to do what ever is necessary to get along with their boss and make their work place a better place to be. It is inevitable that your boss is always going to be right. So how do you deal with this? You must understand that your boss is human. Bosses will come in all different brands. There will be the nice ones and there will be the meaner ones.
